We are committed to making our website accessible to all people. In this statement, we inform you about how we are breaking down digital barriers and what measures have been implemented for accessibility.
1 Scope
b'mine hotels GmbH, based at Holzhauser Straße 148, 13509 Berlin, is striving to make its websites accessible in accordance with the Barrier-Free Accessibility Enhancement Act (BFSG).
This accessibility statement applies to all websites including all subpages of b'mine hotels GmbH. This includes the URLs www.bmine.de , www.andrepeatkoeln.de , and www.the-roof.com .
2 Status of Compliance with Requirements
The aforementioned websites are partially compliant with the Barrier-Free Accessibility Enhancement Act (BFSG) due to the following incompatibilities and exceptions.
3 Non-Accessible Content
The content listed below is not accessible for the following reasons:
a PDF Documents: Some of our PDF documents are not accessible. We are working to adapt these as soon as possible or provide accessible alternatives.
b Videos: Some of our embedded videos currently do not have subtitles. We are striving to provide subtitles for all videos in the future.
c Images without Alternative Text: Some images on the websites do not have alternative text. We are continuously reviewing and updating this content.
4 Barriers Due to Economic Unreasonableness
Some barriers on our websites cannot be removed in the short term due to economic unreasonableness. These include:
a Certain applications and functions on our websites require significant financial and personnel resources to make them fully accessible. We are continually exploring opportunities for improvement, but due to high costs, we cannot eliminate all barriers immediately.
b Complete operability of the websites via keyboard is not possible due to the current page structure or layout.
c Icons and photos/videos in galleries and sliders cannot currently be provided with ALT texts due to the lack of CMS features.
d Older or historical content created before the implementation of current accessibility guidelines may not be fully accessible. Retrofitting this content would require disproportionately high expenditures. However, new content will be created according to current standards.
