What is Shabu shabu?
A Japanese hot pot dish in the style of Nabemono (stew). More specifically, it is a broth fondue. Shabu shabu consists of a pot of boiling broth or water in which thinly sliced meat and vegetables are cooked. Dips are served by our THE ROOF team.
